How does one Die & Resurrect?

Let me tell you...

In late 2019 / to early 2020... I had developed a severe depression... you know like staying inside 24/7, not regularly eating... not bathing... That sort of thing... Didn't want family or friends see me in that condition so I would avoid as much as I could... Didn't even bother to get my phone fixed so I could use it as an excuse to not talk to people... occasionally did some disagreeable things to get by...(Lord forgive me)... foul energy... I felt dejected... I couldn't even be fully happy on my own birthday...

Rock bottom time... A real low point for sure...

After a month or two of feeling worthless.. I just woke up one day and said "This ain't right ...This whole tired of being sick and tired thing is no good for me or anyone else... This must end"...I Thank the Almighty I was able to snap out of it...

Why let external events and occurrences beyond my control get me down? Why have these negative thoughts?

I realized it was my choice to be sad and depressed... I gave those destructive things energy and power...

How did I turn it around?

In order to live anew, advance in life and be able to help others ... I had to kill the shit that wasn't working... Stone cold kill it dead. Some things have to die in order for other things to live... A simple concept, but I'll be working on it til I enter the grave...

We need be strong in the upcoming years...

Mindset is crucial...
